Classroom Music
Jimboomba State School has a specialist Classroom Music Teacher, Ms Gerlynda Farmer. Specialist music lessons are held weekly for every class during which children sing, play, perform, move to, read and enjoy music. Jimboomba State School has a well-resourced music classroom equipped with 6 full sized marimbas and 8 alto xylophones which are the basis for classroom music learning and performance. We also have a class set of ukuleles.
