Welcome to Jimboomba State School Outside of School Hours Care. Our service offers Before school hours care for $20.00 per child (casual fee $25 per child) per day - 6am- 9am After school hours care $25.00 per child (casual fee $30 per child) per day 3pm-6.30 pm Vacation care from $60.00 per child per day (this fee does not include excursion or incursion days) 6am - 6pm.
Child Care Subsidy can be applied to all fees, Visit the Centrelink - Services Australia or phone 136 150 for further information on registering for child care subsidy. Please contact our office at 07 5546 0550 should you have any queries.
Enrolment Process
Step 1
The enrolment process will commence when a new family completes an enrolment form via the 'OSHC Bookings & Enrolment' link below. Once completed and submitted you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 2
An automatic email is sent to the Director for approval. If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48 hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer. The Director will then contact the family and organize an Enrolment Interview. Parent will be sent an Invitation Link to our booking system Xplor.
Step 3
Prior to attending the enrolment interview parents are asked to download the 'Home Xplor'
During this initial interview, families will be provided with a service enrolment pack and a tour of the service Parent are asked to bring along any relevant documentation that is required when enrolling. Parent will also be set up on our Service iPad for singing in and signing out.

Enrolment in the Jimboomba OSHC School Aged Care Program (Jimboomba OSHC) is dependent upon a child's enrolment status at Jimboomba State School. To enrol in the service a child must be enrolled and attending student at Jimboomba State School.
****************************************************** Jimboomba State School Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) was established in 1995 by the school's P&C Association in response to parent needs for care for children before and after school. Startup numbers for Before School Care was 8 children and After School Care was for 22 children. The P&C Association obtained an ongoing grant to allow for 30 places in the program. Today, due to ever growing demand by the community we are licensed for 150 places in Before and After School Care and 150 places in our Vacation care program. Our friendly passionate staff, Jeanette Ryire, Director & Diploma qualified in Children's Services. Our coordinators have a vast knowledge of the Childcare Industry and are accompanied by our dedicated and passionate team of approximately 10 -12 quality educators . Our Educators hold current approved qualifications or have commenced studies to satisfy current child care regulations. We look forward to being able to assist you and your family with care. Jimboomba OSHC Director is on site daily to assist with any account queries, childcare quotations and childcare benefit details. Before School Care and After School Care Bookings are accepted on a permanent or casual basis, subject to availability of placements. Vacation Care bookings are separate programs and bookings are available approximately three weeks prior vacation period.
