Student Wellbeing

Jimboomba State School creates a supportive environment which strives to create a healthy, happy and engaged environment.  Wellbeing is the way you respond to your feelings, how you handle things that happen and how you feel about yourself. Studies show that having a positive wellbeing will help you learn.
Here are some ideas for making sure you are looking after your wellbeing.

• Keeping fit.
• Staying healthy.
• Contacting others e.g. phone calls.
• Taking 'brain breaks' during your learning.
• Taking time to relax.
